Annual Water Quality Reports Now Available for New Mexico Water Service Customers

RIO COMMUNITIES, N.M.—New Mexico Water Service (New Mexico Water) customers can now review their annual Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), which detail information about the quality of their local water supply, at www.newmexicowater.com/ccr.

Importantly, the reports confirm that New Mexico Water met all primary and secondary federal and state drinking water quality standards in 2025. They also include information on local water supplies, testing, regulations, and current water quality-related hot topics. Customers without internet access may request a copy from their local New Mexico Water office.

New Mexico Water supports water quality through:

• Testing water for more than 140 regulated contaminants and dozens of unregulated contaminants.
• Investments in treatment technologies and infrastructure to remove contaminants from source water.
• Ongoing maintenance and upgrades to pumps, tanks, pipes, and other water system infrastructure.
