Annual Water Quality Reports Now Available for California Water Service Customers

SAN JOSE, Calif.—California Water Service (Cal Water) customers can now review their annual Consumer Confidence Reports (CCRs), which detail information about the quality of their local water supply, at calwater.com/ccr.

Importantly, the reports confirm that Cal Water met all primary and secondary federal and state drinking water quality standards in 2025. They also include information on local water supplies, testing, regulations, and current water quality-related hot topics. Customers without internet access may request a copy from their local Cal Water office.

“Delivering safe, clean, reliable drinking water is our top priority,” said Sophie James, Vice President of Water Quality. “We treat and test the water to meet regulatory standards and monitor emerging requirements, so customers can have confidence in the water they use every day.”

Cal Water supports water quality through:

  • More than 600,000 annual water quality tests for over 300 contaminants in its state-certified laboratory.
  • Investments in treatment technologies and infrastructure to remove contaminants from source water.
  • Ongoing maintenance and upgrades to pumps, tanks, pipes, and other water system infrastructure.
