David B. Healey Named Vice President, Controller by California Water Service Group

SAN JOSE, CA -- (Marketwired) -- 12/10/14 -- California Water Service Group (Cal Water) (NYSE: CWT) today announced the promotion of David B. Healey to Vice President, Controller, effective Jan. 1, 2015.

Healey currently serves as Corporate Controller and Assistant Treasurer, a position he has held since 2012. In this role, he is responsible for all U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission filings and financial and tax reporting. Healey joined Cal Water in 2009 as Director of Financial Reporting.
