California Water Service Group Board of Directors Declares 291st Consecutive Quarterly Dividend

SAN JOSE, Calif., Oct. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- At its meeting today, the California Water Service Group (NYSE:CWT) Board of Directors declared the company's 291st consecutive quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.18 per common share. It will be payable on November 17, 2017, to stockholders of record on November 6, 2017.

California Water Service Group is the parent company of California Water Service, Washington Water Service, New Mexico Water Service, Hawaii Water Service, Inc., CWS Utility Services, and HWS Utility Services.  Together these companies provide regulated and non-regulated water service to nearly 2 million people in California, Washington, New Mexico, and Hawaii.  Group’s common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol “CWT.”
